This privacy notice covers the RepeatJobs validation beta.

Plain-English version: if you apply for the beta, we use the details you submit to assess your application and contact you about RepeatJobs. We do not sell your details.

What we collect

When you apply for a Founding 20 place, we may collect your name, business name, email address, business type, approximate number of previous customers and your consent to be contacted about the beta.

Why we use it

We use this information to run the RepeatJobs beta, respond to your application, understand which types of businesses are interested and improve the product.

How the application form works

The current validation form uses FormSubmit to deliver applications by email. This is a temporary beta setup while the full RepeatJobs platform is being developed.

How long we keep it

We keep beta application information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to run the validation programme, contact applicants and evaluate interest in RepeatJobs.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your beta application information by emailing resetifycleaning@gmail.com.

Customer data

The public validation website does not currently ask businesses to upload their customer lists. Before RepeatJobs launches customer-reminder features, we will provide appropriate product terms, privacy information and controls for handling customer data.

Updates

This notice will be updated as RepeatJobs moves from validation into a working product.
